Note: no map provided because there are only these 2 things there. Other things are a bus terminal and residential areas. And these 2 things are well directed by the signs.
Tung Chung, otherwise known as Citygate, the mall with the factory outlets. It is on Lantau Island. You just have to take the MTR to Tung Chung and when you exit the station, it is a huge megamall of factory outlets, with branded goods and non branded goods too. People who have maybe 7 hours of transit at HK airport can choose to come here to shop a bit, as it is rather near the airport.
It is right next to the Ngong Ping 360, which consists of a cable car journey and a themed village at the top. It's a 25-minute ride up (and down) of 5.7km, where you get to see a spectacular view of the Tung Chung Bay, the Hong Kong Airport, the Tian Tan Buddha Statue and the greenery of the entire place. (note: NP360 is frequently going thru maintanence for as long as 2 months, so it is advisable to check their website/HK Tourism Board beforehand) Price: HK$125 round trip (minimum)
